Drafts & Reviews

The documents are created based on the information provided by the client. It is not the responsibility of Easy Resume to check the accuracy of any of the information provided to us.

Once a draft has been created it is sent to the client for review. This is the client’s opportunity to check that all the information has been accurately transferred from the information provided. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that all phone numbers, names, dates and other content is accurate before sign off. Easy Resume cannot be held accountable for any inaccuracies within any cover letters, resumes or selection criteria after they have been reviewed by the client. If the client does not send the document back after review within a reasonable time period (two weeks) it will be assumed that the client signed the information off as correct.
If the client signs off on a document and later discovers an error, a standard editing charge of $50/hour will apply.

Intellectual Property Rights

The work completed by Easy Resume remains the intellectual property of Easy Resume. The client has the right to copy, edit or reproduce the work for the purpose of obtaining a job. They are however not permitted to use the document as a template for third parties or to claim the work as their own.

Limit of Liability

Easy Resume cannot guarantee interviews or job placements. The job market is competitive and a well written resume, cover letter or selection criteria will be an asset however care must be taken by the client to ensure that they put effort into their job seeking and that they apply for positions that suit their skills and qualifications. This is outside the responsibility of Easy Resume.

Easy Resume also has no control over employer perceptions, personal preferences or the competitors for the job.

It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that all the information that they provide Easy Resume is accurate and true. You as the client must provide us with as much information as possible to ensure that you receive value for money and the best outcome possible.

Easy Resume will not verify any of the information, and will assume that the client has provided accurate information for the process. Easy Resume cannot be held liable for any misrepresentation the resume may contribute to as a result of misleading information contained within.

Product

The document will be produced in electronic format for the client. Printed copies will not be sent unless by prior arrangement and payment. If a printed copy is required please be sure to request this in writing at the time of the quote.

Interview

If an interview is required Easy Resume is happy to contact the client on a landline number. Easy Resume will not conduct interviews over the telephone to a mobile number.

Confidentiality

The client’s names, addresses and other contact details will not be made available to anyone outside of Easy Resume and its contractors and work will not be reproduced for public view without the consent of the client.

We retain copies of the work we have completed on behalf of our clients and the client is free to contact us via email and ask that an electronic copy be forwarded to them at a later date.

We will send all communications to the address you nominate or the address listed on your resume.

Secure online transactions & payments

Before work commences, 100% of the quoted price needs to be paid, either through our online payment portal or EFT.
We use Paypal for all of our secure online transactions. Paypal is a third party site, for more information on their terms and conditions please visit http://www.paypal.com

Hi Nicole Just a little feedback for you...I sent my resume out to about 6 or 7 places over the weekend. On Monday I had calls from 2 of those places, the one I was most interested in had me in for interviews on Tuesday then again last night and as I type are drawing up the contracts to employee me! Its just the job i wanted and at a great salary with all the support I was looking for! Thanks so much for your help, it was definitely money well spent!
