How do you collect the information?
We collect the information by asking you to complete a questionnaire, sending us a copy of your existing resume and sometimes by partaking in an email or telephone interview. What is the normal turnaround time for a resume?
A resume is generally completed in under 5 working days. The turn around time is impacted as much by the client as the writer. Once a draft has been sent to you it is up to you to review the information and provide any comments or feedback for editing. Once the information is received the changes are generally made within 24 hours. If the resume is urgent you can request a 24-48 hour turnaround. If you are requesting this service please note that a $50 express charge will apply. Express turn around is also subject to our schedule.Do you specialise in my field?
We specialise in resume writing, not a particular industry. We have written resumes for IT professionals, lawyers, nurses, police, personal assistants, clerks, administrators, directors, project managers and many more. Our objective is to write a resume that emphasises your attributes and showcases your skills, whatever they may be.How do I pay?
You can make a payment directly into our bank account or via Paypal. See our navigation link for more information on payment options. See the service you require, to see if this option is available to you.If I need more than one resume at a time can I receive a discount?
Yes, if you are applying for different jobs in different industries and need more than one resume a discount will apply. Please enquire further by phone or email.Do I need more than one resume if I am applying for different jobs?
It depends on how different the jobs are. If you are applying for jobs in different industries or with different objectives then yes you may need more than one resume, however if you are staying in the same industry and job type, then you should be able to use the same resume, with only a few tweaks each time.
Hi Nicole Just a quick note to say thank you once again for doing my selection criteria. I'm sure your help with the 'Selection Criteria' went a big way to getting my foot in the door. I am very appreciative of your work and won't hesitate to recommend you to others who may be in need of similar services.
Thank you in helping me writing my resume a couple of months ago. It has made a huge difference in the number of job offers and quality of work. I have now been employed as a business development manager.
